Owl uses a number of files and folders. Some of these are in the personal configuration folders while others are maintained in the system areas.
owl-settings.ini
The owl-setting.ini file stores settings and custome configuration. This file can be specified on the command-line with the -i switch (ie. -i C:\Test\Folder\owl-settings.ini. If the -i switch is not passed, Owl will check the user app data path and then the system app data path.
